Registration Policy
Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Full upfront payment through Wix will be required when registration opens. Registration is currently closed while prices, dates, the waiver, and payment setup are finalized.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reschedule, call 540-216-1938 at least 24 hours before your class start time.
To cancel and receive a refund, call at least 72 hours before your class start time.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before class are non-refundable.
No-shows without notice receive no refund or credit and must pay again to rebook.
If SNAFU Firearms Defense cancels a class, every enrolled student will be emailed and called, with a voicemail left. Students will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a refund.
Age & ID Requirements
The age 7+ requirement applies only to the Basic Pistol Course.
For minors, a parent or legal guardian must also enroll in and attend the same course.
Age requirements, prerequisites, and any live-fire components for the Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) Course are pending final confirmation.
A government-issued photo ID is required for in-person range entry and check-in.
Safety Rules & Range Conduct
All students are expected to follow these core safety rules at all times.
Always keep the muzzle pointed downrange in a safe direction.
Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
Keep firearms unloaded until you are ready to use them.
Know your target and ensure the area downrange is unoccupied.
Use a safe, properly operating firearm.
Use the correct ammunition for your firearm.
Wear eye and ear protection at all times on the range.
Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during shooting.
Secure unattended firearms from unauthorized persons.
Follow all commands and instructions from range staff immediately.
No steel-core ammunition is allowed.
Waiver Overview
A liability waiver is being prepared and reviewed.
In the future, a waiver review link and electronic adult/guardian signing will be completed during registration.
There is currently no active waiver or signature form available.
Waiver language, review links, and electronic signature processes are still being finalized. Until these are complete and active, registration will remain closed and no waiver signatures will be collected.
